- Your Grand Lodge ID number, state, and country
- Your parent Lodge's name, number, and location
- A copy of your current membership or dues card, or other proof of good standing
- A recommending Brother and their Grand Lodge ID number
- Payment for your joining fee, made out to "Tranquility Lodge No. 2000"

Dues and Endowed Membership rates rise on January 1, 2027, per the Lodge's amended Bylaws (approved by the Grand Lodge of Texas, January 14, 2026). Checks or money orders should be made payable to "Tranquility Lodge No. 2000."
